Hobby Horses

These Hobby Horses were part of a series of painted hobby horses made for entertainment and fund raising.

The original Hobby Horses were three dimensional and made of card. I can also produse them two dimensional from wood to be more durable.

They were used for a couple of years at the Wight Bowmen, Vectis Open archery competition held at the Savoy, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight.

Each hobby horse had a unique appearance.

They were used to raise money for the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) and raised around £300 both years.

Please note that these hobby horses are for decorative purposes only and are not suitable as a children's toy
